The Company is licensed in the Cayman Islands to reinsure risks from the issuing insurance company, Zurich North America (rated A+ by A.M. Best). Zurich North America is licensed and admitted, providing coverage to the membership in the United States. The types of coverage reinsured by EDIC are Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Auto Physical Damage.
